I've had my laptop going on two years now and its always been used for Internet games and browsing but now it won't even connect. I can access the Internet fine on my desktop so its not my ISP and both my wireless connections for the laptop say they are connected and the strength is good and excellent on each. Any one have any ideas on whats wrong or how I can fix it?

Ok all my ip addresses and all of that are the same being as I have never once touched them. And with the ping thing it says it has no response and tells me to check my spelling and try again later.

check your TCP/IP configuration settings, make sure they are right. if they are right, then call your DSL company, cause there might be a problem there.

check to see if you are getting an IP address from the router to your laptop. Start, Run, CMD, ipconfig

you will probably get a 192.168.x.x address
if you do have that sort of IP, try this command in the CMD prompt

ping yahoo.com

see if you get replys back
