I wanted to know how to make a free website that doesnt suck?
And i dont want a huge domain either.

Making a good website takes creativity and programming skill. Which, last time I looked, relies on YOU. So, if the web site you design sucks, that is YOUR fault. I do not understand what you mean by "don't want a huge domain"

That's a tall request. You won't do it right away. You need to learn & work up to it. Try using a site like hotmail that allows you to do that and has the tools. It will suck since that will allow a bunch of pop-ups. But it gives you a chance to play around with it. After that you can use M$ Word to create the site and then upload it to somewhere that offers free webhosting.

Good and free are not compatible! But u can do it for a reasonable price all of it. I offer my services: domain registration (15 USD), hosting (for 30 USD a year - 50 MB/ 25 email accounts / unlimited bandwidth ).

you just need to signup and do surveys and u earn points than once u get enough points u can get a free domain name..no cc requrired dude..i got like 6 domains from there already.
