My friend and I were having an arugment the other night, If we were taking a piss in a private parking lot and a cop just happen to drive by, could he come on to private property and give us a ticket. Thanks

If the parking lot (and the activity) were visible from the street, then arguably yes.

The fact that the activity was visible from a public street can (in many countries and states) make that activity "in public" -- even if it occurred on private property.

Yes, he could, and it wouldn't matter if it was private or public property. You could get an indecent exposure citation (for having the little man out) as well as possibly for trespassing, etc.

Yes, you could receive a ticket for: trespass, indecent exposure, public nuisance and a bunch of other stuff that will come to me later.

Oh yeah--drunk in public, because sober people rarely have to pee in parking lots.

i believe the answer is yes. it counts as indecent exposure + 2 other offenses that you get with it. i forget what they are.
whether the property is privately or publically owned, the law against publically exposing oneself partially or wholly (even if it's to pee) is still applicable.

im no ******* ally mcbeal but im guessing if the private property wasnt your own, and any reasonable person would want a policeman to stop two retards pissing on their property...then yes...
