there's some really good ear plugs which block out about 80% of noise, I've tried all of them & these ones really work..
they're called laser lite ear plugs: (this is a link for them on Ebay)

alternatively if you have head phones, put them on & listen to some "relaxing" music"!

Call the police....or leave a note asking if they can keep it down and if not THE POLICE....I had a neighbor like that for years he stayed up with his speakers blasting, nothing worked....he was my brother

Am the neighbor that blast music & I love when the others put theirs louder it's funny having diff types of music all in one place.

i put in one of my fave hard rock cds (like GunsN'Roses or AC/DC), put the speakers next to the window, open the window, blast the music, and enjoy lol
i want to tell them to shut it but my parents wont let meh so i get back at em by having what i call a "music war"

usually I'm the one who does that but when they do it I blast mine even louder
eventually they stop
or show up with a bat at my door jk
