Hi. Well it does say universal mount. I run one on a single core AMD XP 3000+. Watch for leaks! I use PC Ice, a non-conductive fluid. Much safer.

Its most likely will fit. Check the fan sizes on your machine, areas that you can attach additional fans and see if the fans that come with the kit will fit. You may have to do some simple modifications to the kit. However thats a good deal of money to spend on a cooling system that far exceeds your needs,
