Depends on what it's for. If it is something to do with your home or auto, turn it over to your insurance company immediately. DON'T WAIT, or they may disclaim coverage. The insurance company has lawyers that will defend you - and it - at no charge to you. If it is something not covered by insurance, you will have to get your own lawyer. I can't be more specific without more info. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Remain calm. Try and focus on the facts of what happened.

Get help -- ideally, professional legal advice.

Try and work toward solutions -- often (but not always) the other side is willing to mediate or negotiate a settlement.

And remember to stay calm. Panic and frustration -- though inevitable at times -- don't help anyone.

YOU GET AN ATTORNEY AND LET HIM DO THE COPING AND WORRYING FOR YOU.

IF YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS THEN DON'T WORRY.

DO SOMETHING FUN LIKE GO TO THE BEACH OR SOMETHING YOU ENJOY DOING. TREAT YOURSELF...
