Ok I have to make a 3-5 minute speech but I have no ideas on what to make it about. I need to pick a topic ( eg. healthcare, military, media, cars, anything!) and say what needs to be changed about it, what needs to be slightly modified, and what should stay the same. Anyone got any ideas? All help is appreciated.

You should make it on how voting machines should give out receipts every time a citizen votes. That way, every one is sure that their vote went through and got counted towards the candidate of their choice.
