it's not easy to know but biologically, growth slows down and stops between the age of 18-21. Some parts stop at 18 like height and others like brain stops at 21.

there's no way to really tell but the general rule is that you stop around the age of 18. even if it seems you've stopped growing you may still have a growth spurt

Females usually stop getting taller around the time they get their first menstrual period. They continue to develop female characteristics (breasts, hips) after they stop getting taller.

Males continue growing much longer, some into their early 20's.
