it is named the Doppler result, easily because of the fact the siren tactics the wavelength gets smaller; then because it passes the wavelength is longer inflicting the replace in pitch! i'm no longer genuine stable in explaining it, so seem up Doppler result on the previous www for a greater proper definition...yet my answer is sweet on although!!!

Concentrate. Practice. Don't let the changing in pitch throw you off-tempo. If needed, get someone else to rehearse with you and keep you on tempo.
Addendum: were you talking about electronic music and recorded music? I thought you were talking about playing or singing music!
