is it justified for a country to intefere in the affairs of another country???

honestly, in my opinion I would say NO!!! I think that if there is a country that cannot deal with their own problems, they don't deserve help!

This isn't an easy question.
Each country has to answer to their people. Countries may ask for help or aid ( what some call interfering) from other countries, esp in times of crisis. Another situation is war time. Countries often come in to help govern in times of war. Some call it meddling in the counties affairs. It all depends on the situation and in what regard the foreign country is involved..

Only if the affairs of the other country are directly related to your country. Other than that, they should stay out of it.

Of course...happens all the time. Especially when their interest and/or security is at stake! If your next door neighbor is running a meth-lab do you have justification to interfere...I'd say you are not only justified...but socially obligated for your safety and that of your neighbors! My 2 cents

well if its in the interest of the country being invaded opps i mean Helped and for the betterment for its ppl and also to prevent and halt any types of persecution then it is justified as a humanitarian mission

I think interfering with Rwanda's affairs a decade or so ago would have been completely justified.

Sometimes. When a regime commits acts of genocide it is our duty as citizens of the world to protect the weak, as part of an international effort.
