You can site all the sites you want but I will always believe Buchanan was the worst President ever. He thought that if he ignored impending civil war it would all go away. Had Buchanan acted the Civil War could possibly have been averted. The Bush administration is not even over yet. There is no way can accurately determine what his place in history will be at this point. To rank Bush as the worst president would be predicting the future, not evaluating the past.
