Miracles happen everyday, but you must look for them. My mentor always taught me that we see this cause we believe it & we believe it cause we see it {my, I have got to stop seeing all this!}. What we think we believe is everything in this world of perception. If you change your mind, you change your world. It really is that simple, but it does take practice. That's what the disciplines is all about.

For something EXTRAordinary and UNcommon to exist, ordinary and common need to exist. Therefore, if every moment was extraordinary and uncommon it would be common and ordinary ie mundane. But since from our experiences we see that ordinary and common exists there is a possiblity that extraordinary and uncommon moments exist. Am I making any sense?

Eyes in the back of peoples heads.
Everyone has heard the term, probably as a child.
When the child gets caught doing something when a parent is not looking, the parents explaination is "I've got eyes in the back of my head". A child is not sure if it is real or not.
It is an ordinary and common myth. I assure you it does not exist.

These are perceptual issues.

It is fairly common in the US to have 2 cars. But wait! this is actually a rarity throughout the world. What we consider common is based on a particular perspective of the world.

It is common for North Americans to go to public and high schools. But wait. That is only common in the US. Around the world millions of children never enter school or leave before their 12th birthday.

While I'm running on my huge circular and metal treadmill pontificating the meaning of this question over the next 3 weeks, please tell me if your list of things that could exist includes only physical objects or can include mental and spiritual constructs (like God) as well.

Well, it does sometimes exist when nobody realizes it's just within someone;..like a "COMMON COLD" and an "ORDINARY HEADACHE". (although I don't have them now)

It is ontologically impossible to prove the non-existence of something. Your question is illogical and impossible to answer accurately.

Common sense isn't that common - does that count?

What purpose would this serve? There are people who know tricks to decieve you into beleiving the impossible. Criss Angel (Mind Freak) can make you see what your mind can not imagine. I don't trust my senses only my God who guides me through the darkness of my ignorance.
