I definitely like Batman much better than Spider-Man. If you are asking how they would stack up in a fight to the death. I am going with Spider-Man. Sounds crazy, but hear me out. That spidey sense makes him awfully hard to take out from a distance which is the only way that Batman has a chance. And with his web-shooters, Spider-Man is pretty formidable at long range as well. In the long run if they lock up hand to hand, Spidey has the strength to literally snap Batman in half. Sorry to say it, but Batman would probably go down on this one.

Well to qualify this I think I'd have to qualify it with them at their best, for Batman it was the 1970's when Neal Adams and Denny O'Neil worked on the title, for Spider-Man the later Steve Ditko and Stan Lee stuff and the early Romita run.
Between the two I'd say I enjoyed the Spider-Man stories better.
Now if you mean as characters like who'd I'd like to be, Spider-Man! If you are Spider-Man once you got the basics down you can slack. Batman is training training and yet more training.
I want to be an instant hero.

batman is way more better and is a lot more smarter than spider man if he beat superman and the rest of the league in tower of babel than he can beat spider man hands down besides batman a billionaire playboy slash ninja and he's alot more realistic spider man got bitten by a mutant spider and all of a sudden he has powers which i think is pretty stupid.

Batman, for two huge reasons. 1. That Costume is SWEEEET!!!! 2. He has no powers and still faces the Forces of Darkness and overcomes them!
