When I do good, I feel good; when I do bad, I feel bad, and that is my religion.

I don't believe Jesus set out to start a new religion at all. Jesus was Jewish and it is my own opinion that he merely wanted reform within the Temple. I've often asked Christian acquaintances of mine why they behave in a manner so contrary to the teachings of Christ and time and again I've heard "We're only human. No one is as perfect as Christ." And even if that's true, does that mean that we should not strive for such perfection? Even if we never reach the level of Christ, at least if we tried we'd be heading down the right path. There is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path.

I really don't understand the question. Though maybe that's because I'm Jewish, like Christ was. Know what we both believed in? Doing good deeds as often and as kindly as possible.

Yes.

Democrats Hate Christians.
Democrats Hate Christians more than Muslims do.
(I think Christians are okay. They don't bother me.
I don't know why Democrats Hate Christians so much.
And I don't care.

Because people don't have faith anymore.

They see it as, "Oh, look at me in church with my beautiful hair and diamond rings...oh, you mean you actually BELIEVE this stuff?!"

That's their attitude. Most Christians aren't Christians, although many of them think they are.

Do what Jesus said and you'll be fine.

Wrong question to ask the phony Christians of America. They worship the old testament, ignoring the fact that Christ told them those stories were only parables.
