If it's an older car and you don't want to spend alot of money...just get a piece of gasoline hose from Napa or Parts Plus. Get 4 hose clamps...slide the tubing about 3 inches over the existing tubing, and put two clamps on each end. This can be a temporary or permanent fix! I would recommend having it replaced if it's a newer vehicle or if you plan on keeping it for a long time. To replace they may just put a coupler where the break is. That may be as cheap as 1 hour labor... Or if you can do it yourself...go for it!

sometimes very easy like the other 2 answers said, sometimes it is a fuel injected car and it is a metal line running inside the frame and a dealer will charge thousands to fix it.
