Here in Napa county (right next door!) a ride is about $200. However, there's a couple things to do. First look at www.balloonsabovethevalley.com. Second, call them and say you saw the web page. Third, claim you have a Napa Valley address if you have friends here. Then the ticket price goes down to $109 a person and that includes Champagne brunch afterwards.
I highly recommend them, our trip was priceless. They're very professional and the views were gorgeous. At 3000 ft you could see up to St. Helena, over to Petaluma, and even the Golden Gate!
