Peter was playing his guitar and singing 'Rock Lobster'. As he strummed along and sang, he was rocking his head back and forth. It was at that point that I noticed his big dimpled chin looked like a swinging nut sack.
Who else can attest to his testes for a chin? His son's features are a spittin' image of his father's!

yeah, they have adressed that on the show. Peter grabs his chin and pulls off the "sack" and says "how'd those get up there?" then he puts them in to the front of his pants.

yup he does have a wierd lookin chin on the epsode where the fcc started blocking evreything in quahog the bloked his chin because it looked liked testicals!
