Hmm there are 2 of them now. I might start taking notes on times / dates etc if it comes to court.

Depends-do u live in military area? If so that is a given.If you live in a crime ridden area- well there in lies your answer- always looking for somethine. The same may be said if you live by any for of State Penn. Only concern would be of you are your only neighbor for miles and you live in an open feild; that or they are flying under the legal flight distance with your home. Yes those cameras are great. but, those are the really hi tech ones and rare in helicopters RARE!! If that;s what they were doing they would be hanging over the Playboy mansion. You could always get the call numbers off the chopper and call the FAA. Hell , give em a show just for kicks.

Yes! You are obviously under investigation. They also have special instruments which they use to hear what you are saying from the helicopter.
Have you been doing anything illegal? If not, then it probably has nothing to do with you.

No, course not! Do you live near a prison or secure hospital? I live right between both, we always have them.
The Police are just looking for escapees, stop worrying. lol.
