Avogadro's Number is 6.022 x 10^23 atoms/molecules in a mole of a substance.
moles = mass/Relative Atomic mass.
So Mass = moles x Relative Atomic mass.

Before you are able to answer this question your need to know the Relative Molecular mass of the hazelnut, which is probably very large.
