Phil Spector Trial?

Does anyone know for sure who's gun was used in her death? If it was Phil's, where was it? Did he get it out? Or did Lana bring her own gun to do the deed? If it was his gun, then my gosh, he must have done the killing???

It was his gun. Supposedly it was in his nightstand drawer as it was reported he kept it there.

i don't know but it does not seem like someone would bring her own gun to kill herself at someone elses house.
he said oh i think i killed someone.
he has also pulled out his gun on other females.
everything points to him!
