Please follow the instruction to get:
16a - 99b + 16 = 0.......................(1)
-99a + 31b + 35 = 0.....................(2)
Thus you have two 2-variable equations and it should give you a set of solution.
Do not know how to solve it?
99(1) + 16(2) will enable you to eliminate "a" thus resulting a single variable equation and you can get "b" first.
