Dunno but I'd recommend SUNY Plattsburg or Johnson State, Vermont as being the closest to Montreal, much better (and legal) party town.

WVU consumes 1% of all of Anheuser-Busch's alcohol sales yearly...enough said.
Also, cops/professors KNOW Morgantown is a city full of students so it takes A LOT to get busted for partying. Plus, we have an AMAZING academic program, not only are you gettin a great education, you're having the best 4 years of your life! You won't want to graduate! Good luck!

shouldnt you be more worried about which has the better education not parties? I meen in reality you go to college to learn not to play but then again if you want to be like the most of teenagers and the rest of society and create stupity among us then thats your choice

Its the beer state...more kegs consumed than any other city.
Even MUCH bigger cities.
