omg there is this kid in my class who keeps questioning my beliefs and saying that i'm suppost to be one of those asians who worship Jackie chan and bruce lee and im soo tired of it!!! I've talked about this in another question i posted but even though i took the advice, he still wont stop!!!! and just today I was in Language Arts and ended up in his group with 2 other people and he tells the teacher that we weren't working and he was the only one when we were all doin the work and he kept complaining that he couldn't do his work!!!!!! And the teacher gave us an F for not working as a group and he said we cant afford to get another F or we would fail the grade because we need to pass Language arts to pass the grade. I'm sooo pissed!!!!!!!!! Help me get through this! there is a huge chance he will do this again and if he does we will all get an F!!!! he is such a JERK!!!!!! please help me! none of the teachers will believe me or the other students!

None of the teachers will believe us because he looks young for his age and innocent and since he's the new kid they take it easy on him so its hard to tell them what he's been doing!!!

Well for starters why don't you try to work alone or if not possible switch your group( so he won't interfere w/ your grade(s). Ignore him if it does not work try to befriend him and tell him that just because your an asian it does not necessarly mean that you like an asian idol or karate champ.
If that does not work talk to your parents or guidance counselor.

I probably know that you hate him, but just try to ignore him, and if he wont quit doing what he's doing to you, just tell him how you really feel, but try not to let the teacher think that you are threatning him, because trust me, they will get you into serious trouble.

Remind your teachers of the Virginia Tech shootings. Then tell your mom and have her raise hell at your school (moms are good at that). Soon that kid will be a distance memory.

have each person write about the same incident and give to the teacher. tell them what he does in your own words this should help. tell them you are all responsible epople and see if that works.
