I am planning a trip to Las Vegas and was looking for some place nice to stay that also has a fun atmosphere. I am not a big gambler, but I am really looking forward to seeing some of the shows.

I would suggest Treasure Island. It's on a very nice end of the strip, near Bellagio (the fountains), the Venetian, and the Mirage, but it's less expensive than the hotels in that area. It also has a free nightly show called the Sirens of TI that features a battle between pirates and sirens.

Theres alot of choices:you can go to all the hotels whicha re all unique and fun to see, some have better things than others like Caesar's has a huge mall called The Forum Shoppes, The Venetian also has alot of shopes too and gondola rides, Try to go to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum of all famous movie stars in the venetian, Also check out the Winn it is just incredible (the shopes, the food, and the incredible pool that you must see) but besides all of Vegas you should try to go to the Grand Canyon because it is tp incredible for words but it's a tough ride. HAVE FUN

As long as you stay on the strip you will be close to all the shows and all the attractions, so dont choose your hotel by the shows it houses but by the price and what you get for that price.

Look through these discounts and book your hotel using a promotion code, you can also get free show tickets with these codes or a major discount (not to mention the cheaper room rates).

I really liked the MGM Grand. It is near other nice hotels and it has a nice variety of exhibits and shows, clubs, and restaurants. If you can afford it, the MGM Grand Towers are really nice too!

Bills Gambling Hall Saloon, Harrahs owns it. Its location on Flamingo/Strip. Big Elvis performs free, or for a drink or two.
