Getting engaged is not getting married. A person at 16 has the right to decide if the love he or she feels for another is worth committing to.

why the he l l would you want to? You haven't even had time to experience life yet - 99% guarantee you'll be divorced within 10 yrs committing yourself to one person at that young an age

you can but why would you....Don't say your in love because you haven't really experienced life yet to know what real love is..Enjoy your youth while you can then when the time comes you'll know your in love and that he's "the one"
