I have to say either Ohio or Pennsylvania. Ohio has Paul Brown Stadium and Cleveland Browns Stadium, which are both very nice. I like how PBS is right on the river, and CBS is right on the lake. Also, it has Ohio Stadium, aka the Horseshoe in Columbus. This is probably one of the nicest college football stadiums in the land, because of the fact that it looks like an actual stadium, unlike most college stadiums that look like big bowls. I also say Pennsylvania because of Heinz Field in Pittsburghand Lincoln Financial in Philly. Ive been to Heinz a ton when I lived in Pittsburgh, but watching the Eagles on Monday Night, I realized that they had a nice stadium. Also, I like Beaver Stadium because of the similarity it has to Ohio Stadium: it looks like an actual stadium.

Also, Lucas Oil Field in Indy looks amazing, and so does the New Dallas Cowboys field, but I really like the Patriots field, Gillete. That place is nice.

It will be the first ever jointly built stadium by the Giants and Jets at the cost of 1.2 billion. It will have its own metro station and panels along its outer walls that change color as to who ever is playing. Cowboys stadium will be only $1 billion. But right now it is the Cardinal's stadium they have a grass field that is moved inside during game day. So the answer is Arizona.

Anyone who has witnessed Tiger Stadium (LSU) at night, for or against, would easily vote it best. It has a mystique about it like no other. Geaux Tigers!

It just depends on what you mean by best. The loudest stadium is LSU at night. FSU looks nice from the outside but crappy in the inside.
