Eventually so I've heard ha ha!

Most seem to ask that you answer some questions then refer 10 friends.

Each of them ten have to register, answer the questions and refer 10 more people and so on and so on.

Its like a pyramid where if each time the ten new people refer ten more and then they each refer ten more etc etc eventually you end up at the top of the pyramid and get your card. But it all depends on how big the sponsor requires the pyramid to be before they dish up the dosh.

Every person you initially referred have effectively started a new pyramid and so will have to wait til they rise to the top.

If you have to refer friends to the scheme itself ( rather than just persuading them to complete offers ), it will have the "pyramid problem"... there isn't enough people to keep signing up, and many will lose out.

If it came in junk mail, 100% certain it is a scam.

Quite often, the offer requirements are very difficult, and most people drop out. Be very sure what you are required to do, how much it will cost, and whether you really want the prize at the end of it.

Also, beware sites operating on a "matrix scheme" basis... On these, completing offers, or buying products at over cost, will only bump you up the queue for getting a payout... you have a similar problem to the pyramid sites, you are relying on other users signing up to get your prize.
