I need help with this problem?

1. Tom and Leo jogged together for about 1 hr at the speed of 5 mph. After that, Tom jogged faster by 1 mph and Leo jogged slower by 1 mph. How long will it take them to be 1 mile apart, after they started jogging at different speeds ?

I think this just a simple math problem. Let us assume it would take them T hours to be 1 mile apart after they started jogging at different speeds. According to given information:
(5+1)*T - (5-1)*T = 1.
Please figure out T from this equation.
