Are you a dufus or something? You've never heard of Tony Gonzalez, I think there is like three Gramaticas kicking in the NFL. Hell we can go back in time to the 72 Dolphins when they had Manny Fernandez. You should really do some research before you ask something so lame.

To answer many remarks on the post, yes there are a lot more Latino football players in the NFL and NCAA then you would think. Jim Plunkett won two Super Bowls in the 80's. Anthony Munoz is regarded as the best offensive lineman of all time. Anthony Gonzalez will go down as the best tight end in NFL history. Antonio Ramiro Romo is the starting QB for the Cowboys. J.P. Losman is the starting QB for the Bills. Jeff Garcia is the starting QB for he Buccaneers. Jason Babin is an OLB for the Texans. Luis Castillo starts on the Chargers DL. Anthony Gonzalez is a rookie wide out with the Colts. Adam Archuleta is a starting DB for the Bears. Gramatica's were good kickers. Olindo Mare is still a great kicker. Ron Rivera is regarded as one of the NFL's great defensive mind. Rich Rodriguez is the head coach of the #4 ranked West Virginia squad. Barry Alvarez is regarded as one of the greatest college coaches in BigTen history. There are a ton of offensive lineman, defensive tackles and linebackers, so that answers some of the remarks that Latinos are not big enough to play in the big leagues. Also since Latinos dominate soccer, baseball, and are very quickly catching up to others in Football and Basketball (we got a slow start on these) the remark that blacks and whites are better athletes is stupid. I could go on and on about Latinos in the NFL.

American football isn't very popular in hispanic and asian countries. However, there are currently some asian kickers training for roster spots in the NFL. The goal is to get at least one Chinese kicker to play in the game that is being held in China before next season.

Jeff Garcia and Tony Romo are of mexican decent. There's also Tony Gonzalez. As for Asians, there are a lot of Samoans in the NFL such as Junior Seau and Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala.

Do polynesians count as Asian? There's Haloti Ngata and Brandon Manumaleuna, also Ikaka Alama-Francis (R). Pisa Tionisamoa. Duece Lutui. Do they count? I can't think of any Hispanics.

The countries they come from prefer baseball or soccer. The athletes go that route instead. The Asian/Polynesian community players you see today mostly have been in the states awhile.
