Gosh, I don't know. I drink a LOT of water and I don't have to pee in the middle of the night... Of, course, when I wake up,heaven help the sorry SOB who is hogging the bathroom because I am gonna bust down the door when I wake up...
Maybe you should stop drinking water at 5, then 4 and see what happens. It's probably different for everyone.

How old are you? You need to discuss this with your Doctor not a bunch of unprofessional people on the Internet. There could be a number of reasons why you are getting up in the night to go to the bathroom and there are medications to help. See a doctor.

This does not sound normal if you are an adult - maybe you have a kidney or bladder infection? Or maybe some other medical issue. I would go to your Gyno and talk about this because this could begin to cause you sleep issues which just opens another big can of worms! Call your doc asap...

It may not be when you need to stop drinking, but what you are drinking. I only drink water past say 8 pm and not much of that. If I drink tea, sweet tea, coke or coffee, I'm up several times.
