Sure. There is no rule against it. A batter can switch boxes even during a plate appearance, so long as Time has been called and the pitcher is not in his ready position.

You can switch as much as you want lefty to righty. You can even do it as many times as you want in the same at bat. The only thing you can't do is switch from lefty to righty while the pitcher is in his windup. Ump will call you out if you do that.

You can switch as many times as you like. There is no rule as to wich side of the plate you have to bat from during a game.
