Seems to me that when my hubby brings me a summer bouquet the daisies last a bit longer then some of the others so my best guesstimate is 4-5 days provided you feed them fresh water daily and give them some cut flower food which you can get at any florists or even wal-mart, I think. Anyhow, good luck with your daisies. Yes, an asprin will help.

If they are put in cold water immediately, two days.

Plain water is fine.
