I wish to start a night club. what all would you need for one and what type of property would you look for?

you need a place with a lot of room - probably 1000's in rent each month, then you would need to be able to get a liquor license, if place didn't already have a bar setup - you'd have to spend a lot of money on a bar/bars, tables, chairs, DJ booth and sound equipment, liability insurance, business license, health license if serving food - get a book on that type of business or work for a club for a year or so to find out everything you have to do
