Searching for a Car Rental Service?

I have an International Driver License but no Illinois State License and I live in Evanston. Is it possible to get a car for rent and if yes, where can I get it for the cheapest and what would the average cost be like?

You must have passport , driver license and credit card to rent a car, average $25 per day.

statix - if you are over 25 years of age, have current legal driver's license and a major credit card you can rent a car from any major car rental agency.
