The spray can style about 12 hours.

The pro kind like I use - 24 hours.

Keeping in mind the amount of dirt, dust, grime, pebbles, gravel, rocks, grease, water, etc, etc, etc, that constantly pummels your car from all sides, it is a near total waste of time and expense and effort.

Besides which, applying such an after-market undercoating may actually cause problems if it blocks any manufacturer-designed water holes, and may even be an unintended heat sink on wires, pipes, etc, thus causing potential shorts or worse from overheating and melting exposing wires or what not.

However, regardless of how you're doing this, just follow the product instructions. If it were me, I'd let it cure 24 hours on a day with low humidity; longer for higher humidity; but, then again, if it were me, I wouldn't have done it at all! ;)

I would let it cure for 3 hours at least.

Waste of time and money if it's done for rustproofing and/or soundproofing.
