Other than extremists, does anyone have a true passion for the current party as it stands today?

The GOP is not alone. The Democrat party is quickly becoming the party of extremists only. Witness Joe Lieberman being attacked within his own party.
Witness the candidates kowtowing to the likes of the Daily Kos and Moveon.org crowd.

If you haven't noticed,a lot of people left the dems because of the far left take over of the dems. The dem candidates even snubbed the centrist dems of the DLC.
