I usually take a shower. I like to smell the soap and the shampoo and feel the shower on my shoulders. Feels good to massage my scalp while shampooing. Then, if I have time, I take a nap. Helps a lot. Music can be very soothing too. I like Frank Sinatra or Harry Connick Jr. My dream would be to have a large tub with jets, and a pillow. Ahhhhhh!

I go for a nice drive into the woods or out into the country. Making sure you don't have any very important things you are procrastinating about will help you relax.

Its different for everyone. For me, long boring drives work. Playing video games works. Meditation. Walking around the mall.

Stop thinking. So exercise, stretching, or sex...basically. Or alcohol if you can't do either. ;-)
