I'd say something about trying to win the second half. You can't fool the players; they know they are in deep trouble. But, if you play a good second half, you'll feel better about the team going into the next game.
Besides, I was at the game where the Bills trailed the Oilers, 35-3, early in the third quarter, and won, 41-38. So stuff happens if you play well.

This game is not over, you cant give up until that clock out there says 0.00 until then we are still in this game i dont care if we were down by 200 points try your best in what that clock says wont matter what matters is that you try your best so get out there and lets win a football game.

Id chew them out. id tell em "Ya guys have the talent to beat this team. Ya just not excuting. We need to go out here and play 30 minutes of perfectly excuted football and youse a see ya self winnin when that clock hits :00. We could go out here an lay a egg for the next 30 minutes....or we could get get up off our asses and play like we wanna win this ballgame. You guys are better than this team. Now lets go out and put it to em. I want no mistakes for 30 minutes. No mistakes on 3....NO MISTAKES!!!!".....Yeah, thats good.

I tell them to get their heads removed from their @sses and play like they know they can. To do their dang job and earn their pay, not just collect a paycheck and show them what the hell their made of.
