If you don't feel any movement at all (not limited to kicking) for more than 24 hours I would contact your doctor. Some days they are more active than others, don't worry :)

I am also 22 weeks prego with a baby boy and he also measured big!! Congrats! As far as the kicking, I've been experiencing the same things. He's very busy kicking about every hour normally. He's actually kicking hard enough that you can see my tummy move. 2 days ago he wasn't kicking much, but yesterday I think he made up for it! lol! I'm sure everything is just fine and I wouldn't worry about it!

He is totally fine... my baby boy started to chill out for a bit around that time too... He is more active now at 30 weeks than he even was then! But there was a definite slump... but then I had some pretty big growth spurts... so he may just be running out of room for the time being! He is totally fine though. As long as you DO feel him a couple times a day. You may not notice the small movements as much either since you are most likely getting bigger! Good luck!

Don't stress it, at 22 weeks he is still inconsistent in his sleep schedules, I would guess he is just taking a nap.

If your rely worrying over it you can drink a big glass of water and lay on your left side. Within an hour I promise you will get at least one kick.

If you don't feel him kick at leas once a day however I would call your doctor...

have some juice or a coke, lay back down, and see if he reacts. By 20 weeks or so babies start to develop egular sleep and wake patterns, so he may be napping. If the sugar does not get him going, call your dr. Its likely that everything is fine, but decreased movement can be a sign of distress or worse.

As the baby gets older he will change his routines and what not... he could be sleeping now. If you go quite a while without feeling something then give your doctor a quick call... but don't panic, everything is probably fine. Good Luck!

He's probably just asleep! Try a cold drink to wake him up if you are really worried but I wouldn't let a couple of hours bother me. If you still don't feel him moving by tomorrow you could ask your doctor if you want though! He's also probably running out of exercise room too.

babys have up and down days. Hes probably just asleep right now. Anytime you are concerned you can call your doc/midwife but its not unusual to have days where baby isn't as active. you could try eating something sweet like an apple and see if that gets him in the mood to squirm

Everything is fine. It's normal for the baby to not move a lot some days. They're just like us - sometimes they prefer a lazy day! It happens to me often, and my OB assures me it's normal.

Congrats!

Try drinking some juice or half a glass of soda. This might get him going. If you still don't feel him moving I would call the doctor, just because it isn't normal for your baby.
