Tiger woods, Lewis Hamilton, The Williams sisters, all have raised the bar in their chosen sports. Golf, Motor Racing and Tennis are all sports traditionally the domiane of white middle class people. So why are they being dominated by black stars right now? I'm thrilled that they are. It shows real grit and detirmination to succeed.

I think it is because the stuffed shirts are no longer in charge. The days of the Dinosaurs that ran sports like Tennis and golf are gone and the sports have finally caught up with the rest of society.
I wouldn't say it's a middle class issue though. The sports you mention were until things changed for the better mostly the preserve of upper class idiots.
I think it's brilliant, and especially Tiger Woods, because even as recently as the 1980's it would have been unheard of for a black man to be allowed to play golf on certain courses. Especially places like Augusta (US Masters). The only black faces there were the lackey's.

The Williams sister's careers are pretty much over, & Tiger Woods has been dominating golf for a decade. You're acting like this just happened within the past year. I've never even heard of Lewis Hamilton. But I don't think Nascar has any black drivers.

They aren't being "dominated" by them. There's a couple that do well. Tiger isn't even black, he's 50% Asian (more if you count Native Americans as Asians) and only 25% black.

i don'y know. i mean, sports can be dominated by anyone if you have skill and detemination to suceed. either way it goes i'm glad to see black people making it whatever it takes.
