Well Johnnie Cochran is dead. Unless Johnnie can defend O.J. beyond the grave then it isn't going to happen.

He died March 30, 2005.

Yes he should. I think it would definately be a wise legal move.

The real issue is if O.J. can get a judge to grant him permission to EXHUME HIS DEAD BODY!!! Then he can prop him up while in the court room.

johnny had a massive heart attack. why do you think alot of these rich celeb's aren't doing stupid things. they don't have uncle johnny to defend them anymore.
