We met online, on a message board. We have an awful lot in common, even though we're a whole country apart and have never met in person. We accept eachother for who we are. I think it's different when you don't see eachother face to face...I mean, we've gotten to know one another from the inside out, if that makes sense. :-)

I met my best friend in the 6th grade. Over 20 years later we are still best friends. Even though we have other friends (we live in different states) we are still the best of friends. She was about 7 months pregnant when my mom passed away and she was ready to hop on a plane to fly to the funeral. I told her that she was insane. We have been through a lot in the last 20 something years and we've managed to survive. I'm sure we'll be friends for another 20 years.

I don't think you just meet someone and say hey that is my best friend it comes over time. when you are friends and then they are there for you all the time and you can depend on them and you are close to them and you do everything with them and then you become best friends and then no matter what happens you are friends for life

When I was in second grade after Christmas, we had the whole 'new students' peeps come in. Only one, in our class. I saw her at my church and never jad talked to her cause I already had a good friend there. So no one talked to her at school. So I thought I should! So I asked her what her name was and if she wanted to come to my house. My so called 'friend' at the time hated me for talking to her, so we broke off our friendship. But she wasn't fun anyways.
Why is she my best friend? She is sweet and funny. We love to be goofy togeather and make each other luagh. Karina makes me feel good! She compliments me and things, and is willing to listen to what I have to say. Shes so fun. I have no idea what I'd do without her! Its our sixth year being BBFS!

Met my best friend at school when we almost had a fight. At first i didn't like him but then i found we had a lot in common. He has been there for me during the tough times when nobody else was. We talk a lot. Sometimes he pisses me off and i piss him off but we can always manage to stay friends.

She moved in across the street and first made eye contact when i was singing and dancing in the rain with an umbrella. But we had our first conversation walking home from school. I told her i didn't have a mother (really a lie, love ya mom) ; )
We hit it off pretty well and we are great friends to this day.

i met my best friend when i moved a year and i half ago , i went to this place without any thought of making a bestfreind , it didnt occur to me at the time , i already had close freinds but then i met cate she had her own circle of friends and we just immediatly clicked and our friendship has only gone form streghth to strength. never new what it was like to have a true one and only best freind untill i met her and for that i am totally greatful

i met my best friend 11 yrs ago we were at college together she is the best friend i have ever had we have seen each other trough thick and thin marriage breakups our parents deaths child birth and have never ever in 11 yrs had one falling out or cross word between us she is more than a friend she is more like a sister to me friends are the family we chose for ourselves

At school. She fell out with her old best friend and we got closer and found we had loads in common. Now we're in sperable almost haha
