Do you have any suggestions I can pass on to him?

Well, you can go ahead and waste your hard-earned money on a "personality trainer" if you like - or you can do what so many others who are personality-challenged have done.... Go into politics! I mean, if Al Gore was able to make it to the position of Vice President... think what you can do! (The possibilities are truly endless...) And, just look at the people considering Presidential candidacy right now. (Oh, alright....with the exception of Senator Obama.... who is young... and has, obviously, not yet learned HOW to behave like a smoked cod..) But, really... can you tell me (i.e., besides Obama) which one of those people you would actually LIKE to go out and slam a few beers with? Huh? C'mon now. Be honest. (I'm waaaaaaaitinnng...) AHA!! I thought so! Can't name one.... can you? So, there now. Problem solved. Your calling is clear. It is your duty! Your birth-right! Your challenge! Go forth.... O, Charm-less One! Your country needs you.

Yeah,he's ripping you off. It's easy to give a man with a sharp-looking hat a personality. You just add an appropriate nickname, like "Sideways Jim" and he'll be off and running, with all the girls hanging on him.
