Construction never ends. It goes on throughout your whole life. Sometimes, I am building something new and other times, I am tearing out the old and unsafe parts. In between, I look for sections that will fit in with the layout and add them in.

It's constantly under construction. It is worse than the Big Dig in Boston -- never ending project and continues to fall apart.
