It depends on the state you live in. I know in Massachusetts, the age is 16.
But please reconsider wanting to drop out. What are you going to do? You could get your GED but it's not the same. High school is rough but you are not alone. If you fear for your safety or if there is another reason, please get your GED and take courses at a community college. Education is so important. Your future happiness is at stake here. Get a skill. You don't necessarily need to go to college. But think about what you are going to do. The future will be here before you know it.

At least you checked. Where I live, it is also 16 with parental consent. You cannot get a drivers license though until 18 if you drop out. If you already have one, it is revoked.

I believe it varies from state to state, so it depends on where you live. As others said though, you usually get your license revoked, and dropping out of HS will make the rest of your life much more difficult. A GED isn't viewed the same as a diploma, I promise you.

Why do you want to drop out? you are a retard. I hope you end up becoming EXACTLY like the janitor that cleaned up my gum every day during college. He was obviously cool back in his day, but now he is 45 years old, has wrinkly tattoos all over his body and loose piercings hanging all over the place, and coughs from smoking every day. I looked up his compensation and he made $10.50/hr. What a loser - he was my ***** and had to clean my litter every day. I was 20 years old. I hope that's you in your future.

Stay in school and at LEAST finish up Junior College.

Based on your lack of English skills I'd say stay in school. You aren't ready for the outside world yet. Also get a job. You're going to need it.
