looks for sex and short time relation
looks for marketing/customer relation jobs
personality for the rest
bad looks is definitly a disadventage in the "occidental " way of life, and i have no idea for the other
if you look bad but you are a genus you have more chance to fail than a normal guy that is just clever
look at yourself and be honest, immagine you have to recruit sombody for a job, if you have a long haired punk whith piercings and tatoo with the same CV as a beautiful person, uyou won't choose the punk ....
that's rally bad .... but this is the way it works in true life ...
even when every body say that looks is not important an personlyty critical ... look is the first info that you have on sombody ...

I say you're right! Personality makes a lasting impression every day of your life. Looks will eventually fade and never cover up a rotten personality for long.

JK JK JK!!! No, I say looks.
If a guy is freakin hott but a jerk and a total player, I would find him unacctrive. But if a guy is nerdy and not so cute but really sweet and makes me laugh and feel happy, I would find him more attractive.
Maybe it is different from a guy's perspective but for girls, I think I would be correct in saying that most of them would also pick personality.

Both. You can tell alot about personality by looks. If someone wears alot of make up, stays in shape, how they do their hair, etc.
Overall personalitys more important because it doesnt change.

Back in the days people think that if you look good then you are good to go. But now a days you have to screw looks the Personality is what we want.

Personality, because looks don't stay. Everyone gets old eventually and in the end you'll want to be w/ someone that you just plain enjoy spending time w/.

of course, personality. Looks are an added bonus if you've got them. But a great personality overcomes everything else.
