By coming on line & talking to understanding people like you. It helps me cope with some issues, including Rhuemetoid Arthritis that's getting aggressive. When I talk to nice people like you, I forget the pain for a while. People like you are wonderful therapy.

sleep alot and keep busy while you're awake. also talk with friends and family and try not to be alone if you're really low. It will get easier i promise you.
