any prenatal vitamins

Walgreen's has their own brand. You can also find several others at Walmart, Target, your local grocery store or pharmacy. They should have close to the same % of each vitamin.

Every pregnant woman should take some kind of prenatal vitamin. I take Prenatal Complete and I love it. You can find an assortment of prenatal vitamins at Walgreens or Walmart.

Take a prenatal vitamin. However, I had a hard time swallowing huge pills my doctor recommended. When I mentioned this to him, he said taking two Flinstones chewable vitamins a day were the same thing as one prenatal vitamin. However, make sure it is the Flinstones Complete (red box, I believe) with the iron and folic acid. Good luck

I take the CVS brand off prenatals. My doctor gave me a sample of Prenate Elite. Neither have made me sick. When I was pregnant with my son, everything I took made me sick until I finally found one that was chewable. I wish I could remember the name so that my doctor for this baby could give me the same prescription! Any prenatal vitamin should do, just make sure that it has enough Folic Acid. Also, Enfamil puts out a DHA supplement called Expecta Lipil. Its supposed to improve baby's brain function. You take it in addition to your normal prenatal vitamin.

You can take any type of vitamin so long as it has 800 micrograms. The best type would probably be prenatal vitamins since you wouldn't have to take anything extra with them. Any brand will do. I took the Target brand generics when I was pg. If you still aren't sure you can always ask your OB/GYN for a recommendation.

This best is a prenatal vitamin prescribed by the Dr. That way you know that they don't have a lot of fillers. Other than that they do have prenatal vitamins over the counter. I am not sure of the names.

Prenatal vitamins as they're made specially for pregnant and lactating women. They are called just that in the vitamin isles at the store. You can also take B6 for nausea and fish oil for brain developement (same thing as those Enfamil Lipil capsules only alot cheaper). These are the things my midwives suggested.

Either Prenatal vitamins or childrens chewable vitamins, which your dr. can recommend if the prenatals make you too sick. You can get prenatal vitamins at any store, even walmart. You don't have to have a prescription for them, I know some friends who take them just for the health benefits.
