yes her mom dose still do hard core drugs. we got to go to cort on the 28th how good of a chance will he get to keep his daughter he had her for 6 years the mom never came to get her well maybe once a month and it was noly to take her for a couple of hours. i have been to partys where she says that she has no kids please jsut help me i dont want no rude feed back

My son recently got custody of his 3 year old son.

The situation sounds similar as you described above with my son and his ex.

He more than likely will get custody. Esp if he has proof of her negligence and a good lawyer and since he has had physical Custody for 6 years.
