we are grateful that we are born to be human beings to help those unfortunate and needy people or to help animals, to learn how to love and forgive and the meaning of being ourselves and our purpose why are we here. Aren't we grateful for all this?

Well, I can't answer for everyone else (as implied by your "we"), but I know I am grateful for everything I have - a job, a home, a car and my family.

being able to get up each morning and see the sun come up
